The training program “BIM as a Digital Implementation Plan” concluded on 30 January 2026. The course, lasting 28 hours, was part of the skills development program T.E.S.E.O. – Training Empowerment, Skills for Evolution and Orientation.
The initiative involved five members of the Planex team and consisted of 14 hours of classroom training and 14 hours of action learning, with a strong focus on practical activities and the concrete application of the content.
The objective of the program was to:
- to assess the company’s level of digital maturity;
- to identify the objectives and benefits of BIM as a strategic digitalization tool;
- to design a structured, realistic, and sustainable BIM implementation plan;
- to define the tools, resources, roles, and workflows required for digital transformation;
- to plan the monitoring and continuity of the process over time.
This training program represents a further step in Planex’s growth journey, as the company continues to invest in the development of internal skills and in process innovation, with the goal of delivering increasingly advanced, efficient design services aligned with the challenges of digital transformation.
