As part of the structured investment plan in Artificial Intelligence launched for 2026 (find all details here), Planex has formalized a collaboration with an IT company specialized in digital transformation, AI, CRM, and cybersecurity, aimed at the governed adoption of AI in business processes.
The project, with an estimated duration of 3–4 months, is structured according to a methodological approach divided into four phases:
- Preparation and Kick-off, to define project objectives, scope, and governance;
- Discovery and Mapping, focused on process analysis and the identification of AI application areas;
- Analysis and Design, for the definition of solutions and operating models;
- Governance and Hypercare, focused on monitoring, initial support, and the stabilization of the new operating models.
The initiative represents a further step toward the conscious integration of artificial intelligence into workflows, with the aim of combining technological innovation, process control, and organizational sustainability.
The project is being officially presented by Management to the entire team today, March 30, during a dedicated session for sharing objectives and future development perspectives.
