MEP Due Diligence in Agrate Brianza
Planex will carry out engineering activities for the preparation of the MEP Due Diligence and the survey for the graphical documentation of an office building of approximately 3,000 sqm in Agrate Brianza.
The assignment covers fire prevention, mechanical and electrical systems, for a building comprising an underground parking garage, three above-ground office floors, and a roof level.
Commissioning Authority for a hotel in Rome – LEED v4 BD+C: Hospitality
Planex has been selected for the role of Commissioning Authority (CxA) for a new hotel in Rome, with the objective of achieving the LEED v4 BD+C: Hospitality certification.
The assignment covers the entire commissioning process for MEP systems, from design review through the Core & Shell and Fit-Out construction phases, up to system start-up and the 10-month post-occupancy review.
Photovoltaic system for a state-owned building – Rome
As part of a Temporary Grouping of Professionals (RTP), Planex has been awarded the contract for the implementation of a photovoltaic system at a property owned by the Italian State Property Agency and used by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The intervention is aimed at generating energy from renewable sources, improving energy efficiency, and reducing electricity consumption from the grid, within the framework of a Framework Agreement for design and safety coordination related to properties managed by State Administrations.
Refurbishment of a building in Corso di Porta Vittoria – Milan
The refurbishment of the building located at Corso di Porta Vittoria 16 in Milan is progressing, with Planex confirmed for the fire safety consultancy and design activities.
The intervention includes the preparation of the fire load calculation report, the submission of the fire brigade approval request, the filing of the fire safety SCIA, and the preparation of the EPC, within the scope of a general refurbishment project involving the renewal of building systems and a revision of the layout.
