The journey toward Gender Equality Certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022 is currently nearing completion, a process that Planex began in August 2025 as part of its commitment to fair, inclusive, and sustainable corporate development.
During the certification process, a Steering Committee was established, company data were analyzed, and measurable objectives were defined, along with the implementation of inclusive policies supported by an appointed expert for technical assistance and certification guidance services.
The certification audit – phase 1 took place on 15 January 2026. The process will continue with the second certification audit, scheduled for 5 February 2026, representing a further key step toward the completion of the process.
This journey confirms Planex’s attention not only to technical and design aspects, but also to organizational quality, the enhancement of people, and the creation of a working environment based on equal opportunities and respect.
