Building Acoustic Design

Environmental Acoustic Analysis
We carry out environmental acoustic analyses to verify noise levels generated by external sources such as urban traffic, commercial activities, and industrial operations. We use surveys, measurements, phonometrical simulations, and exposure calculations to assess acoustic impact and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Predictive Acoustic Climate Assessment (VPCA)
Before the construction or modification of a project, we carry out predictive studies to provide a comprehensive overview of the acoustic climate of an area. This allows us to ensure that noise conditions do not cause disturbances to the activities planned in the area.
Passive Acoustic Requirements and Acoustic Impact Assessment
We design and assess the passive acoustic requirements of buildings to ensure acoustic well-being, reducing noise between property units, external noise, and impact noise. Our assessment includes acoustic mapping of sound emissions toward the external environment to ensure compliance with legal limits.
Predictive Calculation
We perform predictive calculations on repetitive environments, such as apartments and offices, using advanced software to ensure compliance with the minimum legal requirements for acoustic insulation.
