Commissioning.
Commissioning is an integrated process, also required by most sustainability protocols, aimed at ensuring that the building/system is designed, constructed, started up, and calibrated so that the performance and efficiency specified in the design are guaranteed.
This process ensures that all building systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained in accordance with the client’s operational requirements.
The main commissioning activities include:
- Design Verification: Ensuring that the building/system is designed in a coordinated manner and that all necessary solutions are предусмотрed for proper commissioning, calibration, and performance monitoring.
