The project, known as “Testi 223”, represented an opportunity to restore and redevelop the former Piero Pirelli Institute, a school and industrial complex once used by the children of Pirelli employees.
The asset is the subject of a major enhancement and redevelopment project designed in accordance with the most advanced criteria of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
The building retains its original industrial character, with exposed brickwork.
