The experience and professionalism of Planex made it possible to take on the major challenge of constructing the new *Cetacean Pavilion* at the Genoa Aquarium. The complex plant‑engineering requirements were addressed with precision and resolved effectively, fully complying with the project constraints. A productive and successful collaboration that led to the achievement of all planned objectives.
Planex supported us in the development of a new production facility for our company, *Grafiche Mercurio*. Several layout solutions were studied and proposed, enabling us to define the most suitable and efficient configuration for our industrial needs. They handled the design of all general electrical and HVAC–mechanical systems, the production plant systems, and all support activities required to obtain municipal permits and fire‑prevention approvals.
Thanks to Exco’s Energy Strategy, through an Energy Performance Contract we upgraded the lighting systems at our Bomporto facility with no additional investment, achieving savings of approximately 60% compared to our previous energy costs.
The functional testing plan for the building systems, together with the Commissioning process carried out by CommissionLAB, a specialized division of Planex Srl, made it possible to verify and ensure the full safety and proper operation of the *Allianz Isozaki Tower* throughout its phased occupancy. All tests and inspections were performed and coordinated efficiently, including during off‑hours and holidays, so as not to disrupt building users, ultimately allowing all agreed delivery deadlines to be met.
The joint work of Planex and its internal division, GreeningLAB, guided the development of the new multifunctional center *“Galdi Village, a place to fill”* toward achieving the high standards of energy and systems efficiency, as well as environmental sustainability, required by the client.
Planex, through its CommissionLab division, tested the Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems of an important project we carried out in Rome. Their work enabled us to deliver a renovated historic building to the end user—fully operational, safe, and fully compliant with the Client’s requirements—within the contractually agreed timeframe.
