Planex’s experience and professionalism made it possible to successfully tackle the major challenge of delivering the new “Cetaceans Pavilion” at the Genoa Aquarium. The complex MEP requirements were addressed with precision and effectively resolved in full compliance with the project constraints. A fruitful and successful collaboration that led to the achievement of the set objectives.
Planex supported us in the development of a new production facility for our company, “Grafiche Mercurio”. Several layout solutions were developed and proposed in order to define the most suitable and efficient project for our industrial needs. They were responsible for the design of all general electrical and thermo-fluid systems, production systems, and all support activities required to obtain municipal permits and fire prevention approvals.
Thanks to Exco’s Energy Strategy, through an Energy Performance Contract, we upgraded the lighting systems of our Bomporto facility with no new capital investment, achieving savings of approximately 60% compared to our previous costs.
The functional testing plan for the building systems and the commissioning process carried out by CommissionLAB, Planex Srl’s specialized division, made it possible to verify and ensure the full safety and functionality of the “Allianz Isozaki Tower” throughout its phased occupancy. Tests and inspections were efficiently carried out and coordinated, including outside regular working hours and during holidays, in order not to disturb occupants, ultimately allowing the agreed delivery deadlines to be met.
Planex, through its CommissionLAB division, tested the Mechanical, Electrical, and Special systems of a major project we carried out in Rome, enabling us to deliver to the end user—within the contractually agreed timeframe—a renovated historic building that is fully operational, safe, and fully compliant with the Client’s requirements.
“Planex was able to professionally manage and integrate the various interventions required by the project, demonstrating excellent on-site organizational capabilities.”
Planex’s experience and expertise made it possible to effectively manage the complexity of the intervention across four historic buildings, each with its own characteristics and challenges. Their work on MEP integration led to a rationalization of system distribution and improved energy efficiency, fully respecting the delicate nature of the historic structures.
